Soooo I finally finished writing my backstory and basically I need someone to play Winter's brother, Summer Green. Yes, I know, Winter and Summer. I think I'm funny. Just like I think the wintergreen pun in Win's name is actually good. But yeah, anyway, his history is mostly the same as Winter's, so you can just click through to her app to read up on that. Here's the extra info you need to know:
After the fire, Summer and Winter's mother was killed by the Defender who cornered her and Summer was taken into their custody. His burns were treated, and when he was back in decent health, he was given two options. The Defenders wanted his power, so he could either join them willingly to help exterminate his kind, or they would make him change his mind. Of course sweet, shy, little thirteen-year-old Summer didn't want to kill anyone, so he refused. The Defenders tortured him for upwards of a year, sometimes as "punishment" and other times as part of a brainwashing regimen -- get him to associate magicians with pain and anger. By the time they were done, Summer was definitely hardened, going from quiet and reserved but still friendly to complete coldness. He's been working with the Defenders for two years now and hasn't killed anyone... yet. Mostly, he's bait, taking the form of one of his targets' loved ones and drawing them out to where his partner can finish them off.
Personality-wise, like I said, he's cold. His level of sanity is up to you, but it's probably not perfect and he's not completely off the wall either. He still doesn't want to take a life, but he's not opposed to the idea of maiming and hurting. He knows it's wrong, but he just wants people to feel as much pain as he did. He doesn't really shape shift at his own will anymore, reserving his power for when he has an assignment to carry out. He's grown to hate his powers because he thinks it's abnormal and even demonic, and it wouldn't be out of the question for him to self-harm because of his hatred towards himself. If he met Winter again, he'd definitely blame her for what has happened to him, because all he knows is that she abandoned him and that both of their parents are dead.
His power is the same as Winter's: he can change his appearance at will, and when he's with his twin, it's really hard to tell them apart.
Finally, appearance stuff. I don't have a particular face claim, but he's pale and tow-headed. Like, almost white hair. He has blue or green eyes, and he's not really tall or short but if he were to lean to one side of the height spectrum it would probably be a little closer to short. He's thin and not particularly muscular. If he grew his hair out and put on some makeup, he could probably pass for a tallish, flat girl with no problem. Like his sister, when he shifts his appearance for his own pleasure and not his... job... he doesn't stick to solely masculine forms. While he does present as male more often than not, he doesn't really care if his shifts appear feminine or sort of androgynous. He also has a pretty large amount of scar tissue on his back from serious burns when he was trapped underneath a collapsed support beam.
So yeah, if you want to play him, just hmu with a response and I'll be happy to help you with anything you want or just stand back and watch lol. If you'd like to make any minor changes to anything, just ask me and we can talk about it. I don't want too much changing but I'm cool with adjusting some of it if you want to.
