Peter James
Basics
NAME: Peter James
AGE: eighteen
GENDER: male
SEXUAL ALIGNMENT: down for anything
MAGIC CATEGORY: personal
POWER MANIFESTATION: heightened sense of learning; can basically look at something for a little and become a master of it. Also has a somewhat stronger intuition than most; I would not call it seeing the future, it’s very much like just knowing how his day will be.
Appearance
HAIR COLOR: Brown
EYE COLOR blue
SKIN COLOR: white
OTHER TRAITS: Peter is not a rebel sorry no tatts or scars
OVERALL APPEARANCE: Peter is pretty tall and lanky, standing at about 6’2”. He always seems to wear a small smile that can sometimes be confused with a smirk because he is constantly learning new things. His hair is normally coiffed up, and he rarely leaves his room without putting it up. Peter normally wears glasses, but he puts in contacts whenever his intuition tells him that his day will be rough. Peter normally dresses nicely, wearing button-down shirts and jeans, sometimes layering on a blazer or even a tie.
Personality
LIKES: books, writing, languages, video games, being alone, cats
DISLIKES: e-books, movies based on books, big crowds, high-pitched voices, ignorance
FEARS: failure, being useless, dogs, being forgotten, intimacy
GENERAL PERSONALITY: Peter is your classic nerdy, socially awkward guy that everyone knows. He doesn’t talk too much, he much prefers to listen. Many would describe him as uptight seeing as he keeps to himself and does not do small talk. However, he can be very talkative when around only a few people he enjoys the company of. Peter is sometimes known to make jokes at very bad times, as he can be insensitive sometimes (the price of knowing everything amirite). He can act somewhat elitist, but he doesn’t mean to be harsh because he’s really a nice guy. His power just comes with a little jerkiness. Peter can sometimes get overwhelmed because he has trouble controlling the influx of information that flows into his head, and he has constant headaches.
History
Peter was the son of two business-women who were constantly working, so he was raised by his nanny. The vibe of his household was always cold -- his family had a lot of money but was extremely lacking in love. Peter grew used to being alone, and the only place that Peter felt like he was surrounded by friends was in the library. As Peter spent more time learning about random things in the library, he found that he remembered perfectly what each book had to offer him. As a result, Peter began reading more instructional books and learned multitudes of things, including several languages. After a while, Peter knew that there was something different about him, so he decided to use his ability in context other than books. He went along with one of his mothers on a business trip to China, and after only a few days of listening to the locals speaking Mandarin, he was fluent in it. Confused by his ability to learn so quickly, Peter went to his mothers and talked to them about his learning prowess. However, he knew in the back of his head that they were going to do something he didn’t like, but he refused to listen to his heightened intuition. Without even hearing him out, at the first mention of “ability,” his mothers decided to send him away to a school for children who struggled in normal school.
While Peter was at this private institution, he was approached by someone who called himself a magician, and the idea of going to an academy with uniquely gifted individuals sounded much better than where he currently was. Peter accepted and came to the Academy, where he learned that he could learn how to fight just as well as he could learn how to speak a language or do a math problem.

The dog opened her dull eyes up to her owner. The owner sighed, reaching down and giving a loving pat to her old friend. She knew that her lifelong friend was getting old, and her time had come. Drawing in a shuddering breath, the woman took hold of her dog’s paw, nodding at the vet to do it. The vet looked at the woman apologetically and gently stuck a syringe into the dog. The woman watched as her old friend laid her head down, closed her eyes, and stopped breathing. She had finally found peace.
