GENERAL PERSONALITY: Eli is a strict rule-follower. He believes that work should always come before play, and he detests slackers. He is kind but reserved, and he would do anything for his friends. He hates people who see themselves as higher than others. He tries to be nice for the most part, but he tries to avoid people who annoy him. Ironically, he has a major fear of germs and will often go full out cleaning lady. Not surprisingly, he hates slobs.
History
Eli lived as an orphan in San Francisco, where he befriended a boy named Jay. He figured out he had his powers early, and he was surprised to find out that Jay also had powers. He lived with Jay, surviving only by stealing. When he turned 15, their powers couldn't be hidden any longer. One day, Jay and Eli's home was attacked by Defenders and Jay was killed before Eli's eyes. Eli would have been killed too, if not for a mysterious man who killed the enemies and took Eli from his home.
