POWER MANIFESTATION: Victor can alter perception. This has many different aspects, and the line between white and dark magic is fine. Some of the applications are changing how people perceive him (Whether how they see him physically or how they think of him) and how people feel (pain, emotions, etc.).

OTHER TRAITS: Victor has a few faded scars from his childhood, but for the most part has nearly perfect skin.
OVERALL APPEARANCE: Victor is slender and quite muscular, standing at an average height of 5'10. He has brown hair which often looks stylishly unruly or unbrushed. He takes great pride in his appearance and never goes out looking like too much of a mess, unless it's a stylized mess. Victor wears lots of dark clothing, classy but casual, and almost always has his nails painted with black polish.

Personality

GENERAL PERSONALITY: Victor is arrogant, to say the least. He thinks himself higher than others, seeing only a select few as his equals or higher. He still shows some semblance of respect to people below him, though he is often quite patronizing. If he doesn't like you, he will make it clear to you. Very clear. People try to stay on his good side, being very wary of his power. He is notorious for getting girls to fall for him and breaking their hearts after making them practically pledge their souls to him, although he himself has never truly fallen for anyone.

History

Victor never knew his mother. After his birth, she, as a very powerful psychic, was blackmailed into employment by The Defenders to save her husband and infant son. His father's magic was subpar, and he was easily able to hide it and continue living in the normal world. As Victor grew, though, so did his power. He began to use it more and more, and without a powerful magician like his mother to guide him, he had a hard time controlling it, often using it without meaning to and making people want to do things that they weren't truly thinking. His strong ability lead him to develop a bit of a god complex (COCK IT AND PULL IT). When The Academy emerged, his father, fearful of his son's strength, sent him off without a second thought. He has not returned home since.
